BioArawn comes to Milliways from his realm in Annwn, the Sunless Lands, where he is the administrator. His time is the present day. Arawn has left the Lands in the care of Ceridwen, with a few of his dogs for company. He's on holiday.
He has one dog with him, and he is pure white with red ears. In the past, Arawn has used these dogs to hunt the souls of the damned and drive them to Annwn, but now they are his eyes and ears through those Sunless Lands, so to keep things in order.
He is a tall man with black hair and brown/black eyes, quite handsome, dressed in simple, modern clothing. He is unfailingly polite to the ladies, and quite charming.
Arawn's magic in canon is loosely defined. He has powers, but doesn't seem to flaunt them until they're needed. He can take on another's appearance. His magic mostly includes changing of identity, shapeshifting, and other acts of that nature.
Unlike Death (the Boss Lady), he doesn't know everyone, he only knows by name those who have passed through his realm.
Arawn is from ancient British Legend, specifically, the First Branch of the Mabinogion.
